The deadline for reservations is January 15th, or until all group rooms have been allocated, whichever comes first. These special group rates are also valid three days before and after the meeting dates based on availability. All reservations require a deposit or credit card guarantee to hold them and they may be canceled, without penalties up until 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
