The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has listed surface coating operations as a source of hazardous air pollutants (HAP) that contribute to the risk of public health. This action resulted in new regulations for companies engaged in surface coating. There are two rules which affect our industry – NESHAPs 6h and NESHAPs 6x.
This will cover the required classroom and hands-on training through an online, interactive web-based session.
Upon completion, participants will receive:
- EPA-required classroom and hands-on training;
- EPA-required spray coater certification;
- Cross-media digital identity certificate credential;
- 5-year compliance validation and certificate verification;
- Printable REA certified diploma and course curriculum; and
- Online training history report per EPA evidence requirement.
