Let There Be Light (but not too much!)
Wednesday, October 5, 2016
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET/11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon PT

Are the electronic message centers (EMCs) in your community too bright? Do you want to find common ground with the businesses and non-profits that want to use these kinds of signs? The International Sign Association (ISA) has developed EMC night-time brightness recommendations that provide a reasonable solution to the hot-button issue of EMC brightness, and that have been adopted by hundreds of communities. This complimentary webinar on these recommended brightness levels will educate attendees on how to measure EMC brightness, provide guidance on model statutory language, and offer case studies of how and why communities adopted these brightness recommendations. AICP participants can earn 1 CM credit.

Speaker: James Carpentier, AICP, ISA Director of State and Local Affairs and Kenny Peskin, ISA Director of Industry Programs

Price: FREE for everyone
