The 2018 Class of the ISA Elite program gathered at ISA’s offices in Alexandria, VA this week for a two day fall leadership conference where they reviewed and discussed leadership styles. Each participant analyzed their own leadership style and left with a tangible action plan to grow and develop as strong leaders in the industry.
The ISA Elite program provides education and networking to the next generation of sign, graphics and visual communications leaders. This year’s program included 35 participants from the U.S. and Canada.
This interactive retreat involved group discussion and networking opportunities with the ISA Board of Directors and the Sign Research Foundation Board of Trustees, who also convened at ISA’s offices this week.
Earlier this year, participants met at the ISA International Sign Expo 2018, where they networked with previous ISA Elite cohorts, the ISA Board of Directors and 20,000 ISA Sign Expo attendees.
