ALEXANDRIA, VA – March 31, 2021 – Some 75 informative, interactive events, ranging from traditional education sessions to peer-led learning will be available as part of ISA International Sign Expo 2021 -Virtual. The education sessions include four Titan Talks featuring industry leaders and a Game Changer session with a Fortune 500 futurist.

We’re making it easy for you to reward and train staff who might not normally be able to take advantage of all the benefits of attending an ISA Sign Expo.”

With so many education sessions happening during those three days, ISA has compiled some tips to help attendees make the most of the conference:

1. Carve out a schedule. With so many events packed into three days, you’ll want a game plan going in. Look through the schedule and start charting those three days. Plan in a few breaks here and there and leave a little time for that spontaneous networking connection. And don’t forget to add a little fun networking through peer events.

2. Take notes on paper. This will help you keep your attention on the screen, but keep you from having to flip between the presenter and a file that you’re keeping notes in. It will also help you stay present and avoid distractions. And while you’re at it, turn off your email notifications while in a session. You can check them after the session ends, but don’t get sucked into email while the education session is occurring.

3. Share with your team.  Make plans to meet up with others from your company who are attending. That way, you can share some of the hot ideas that you’re learning. This will not only amplify the learning, but it will also help keep you engaged with the content. There are many reasons to attend with coworkers, including sharing what you’ve learned. If no one from your company is attending, connect with some of the many peer groups available, to share what you’ve learned.
