ISA International Sign Expo 2010 Set to Take the Industry by Storm

Alexandria, VA – November 24, 2009

The International Sign Association is preparing to take the visual communications industry by storm as it gears up for what promises to be one of the greatest opportunities for sign manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and end users from around the world to gather and conduct business at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

Hailed as the 85th largest tradeshow in the U.S. in 2009 by Tradeshow Week magazine, ISA Sign Expo 2010 will be a sign industry event unlike any other.

“In addition to providing the opportunity for thousands of sign industry professionals to conduct business at a global level, Sign Expo 2010 will provide an unparalleled opportunity to preview the most cutting-edge industry products and technologies, as well as participate in networking and education events that enable sign industry professionals to take their businesses to the next level,” said ISA President and CEO Lori Anderson.

Set for April 7 – 10, 2010, with trade show dates of April 8 – 10, Sign Expo 2010 will be host to thousands of sign industry professionals from every level of the supply chain and more than 100 countries outside of the United States.

“Roughly 20 percent of exhibitors and 14 percent of attendees travel from outside of the U.S. to the show,” said ISA Senior Vice President Brian McNamara, “and that percentage continues to grow each year.”

The ISA Sign Expo 2010 offers participants an unprecedented 60+ education sessions delivered by the International Sign Academy, including a full day of pre-conference workshops beginning at 8:00 am on Wednesday, April 7, 2010. With sessions covering topics such as graphics and design, vehicle wrap technology, sales, marketing, safety, management and more, attendees will have no problem finding learning opportunities that meet their needs. In addition, all education session attendees will receive Professional Development Units (PDUs) from the International Sign Academy. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for many sessions as well.

In addition to a massive exhibit hall, unprecedented educational opportunities and special networking events, Sign Expo 2010 will conduct a New Product Showcase competition, a Green Product Showcase, a vehicle wrap competition and much, much more.
