Preparing for the Maine Event
On Tuesday, ISA’s David Hickey will testify in front of the Maine Legislature’s Joint Committee on Transportation. HP 1033 (LD 1405) proposes to amend the laws restricting outdoor advertising on public roads in order to lessen the restrictions on on-premise signs. The bill clarifies the differences between on-premise signs and billboards, redefines the method for measuring sign locations from roadways and modifies the state regulations on changeable signs.
